Ingredients

  • 300 g Egg noodles
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 150 g Bean sprouts
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
Cooking

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, then drain and set aside.

    Slice the chicken thinly and season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through and lightly browned.

    Add sliced carrot, garlic and spring onions and continue stir-frying for 2–3 minutes.

    Add the noodles and bean sprouts to the wok.

    Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss everything together thoroughly.

    Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the noodles are fully coated and heated through.

    Serve immediately while hot.
