Ingredients

  • 250 g Egg noodles
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
Cooking

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain well.

    Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.

    Add finely chopped garlic and grated ginger and cook gently until fragrant but not browned.

    Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes to create a simple sauce.

    Add the cooked noodles and toss thoroughly so every strand is coated.

    Cook for another 1–2 minutes until piping hot.

    Finish with sliced spring onions before serving immediately.
