  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 150 ml Hot sauce
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

    Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly with kitchen paper to help them crisp during cooking.

    Season the wings with paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

    Arrange the wings in a single layer on the tray, ensuring space between each piece.

    Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until deeply golden and crisp.

    Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the hot sauce to create the buffalo glaze.

    Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl and pour over the buffalo sauce.

    Toss thoroughly until every wing is coated in the glossy spicy sauce.

    Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
