  • 300 g Macaroni pasta
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 250 g Cheddar cheese
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 40 g Butter
  • 40 g Flour
  • 120 ml Buffalo sauce
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs

    Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until just al dente, then drain and set aside.

    Season the chicken breasts and cook in a frying pan until golden and fully cooked through.

    Slice the cooked chicken and toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

    In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to create a roux.

    Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and cook until thickened.

    Stir in grated cheddar cheese until melted into a creamy sauce.

    Combine the macaroni, buffalo chicken and cheese sauce together thoroughly.

    Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
